Techalyst Software Inc. ("Techalyst", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this website or any of our products, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email, billing details).
• Usage data (pages visited, actions taken, device and browser type).
• Cookies and similar technologies (see below).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, so we never see or store full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve our services, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

If you are a customer, we may also send you occasional marketing emails about our products, updates, and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by emailing hello@techalyst.com. We will still send essential service messages, such as receipts, account notices, and security alerts, which are not marketing.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate, and only as required by law. Our key providers are:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure, hosting, and storage.
• Email delivery and analytics providers.

Some pages also include a voice and AI assistant provided by 1n1.ai. If you choose to interact with it, your conversation (including any audio) is processed by 1n1.ai to respond to you, under 1n1.ai's own Privacy Policy and Terms, not this policy.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality (e.g. keeping you signed in), analytics, and remembering preferences. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at hello@techalyst.com.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations. Billing and transaction records are kept for six or seven years to meet Canadian tax requirements. Operational logs are kept for a short period and then purged.

7. Where your data is stored

Our infrastructure is hosted with DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services (AWS), primarily in Canadian and other North American regions. Some processing may occur outside Canada through our providers (for example, payments via Stripe and email delivery). By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to those jurisdictions.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date at the top.
