Built for business correspondence
This service is for the everyday email your company sends and receives. Some kinds of sending are not permitted on it, by policy.
The platform is strictly for genuine person-to-person and business correspondence. That strictness is deliberate: it keeps the sending reputation of every domain on the platform clean, which is why mail from it reliably reaches inboxes. The following are not permitted under any plan:
- Bulk marketing or newsletter campaigns, including mail-merge blasts to subscriber or customer lists
- Cold outreach or prospecting campaigns, including sequenced sales cadences and purchased or scraped contact lists
- Inbox warm-up, reputation farming or seeding tools, and any automated engagement services connected to a mailbox
- High-volume automated or transactional sending, such as application-generated notifications at scale
Accounts used for these purposes are suspended to protect every other customer on the platform. If your business genuinely needs newsletters, campaigns or high-volume transactional mail, we will gladly set you up with a dedicated platform built for that purpose, running alongside your business email. Ask us about it.

How does purchasing work?
Tell us your domain and the mailboxes you need. We confirm the details, send a quote with a secure payment link, and your email is typically live the same day.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already have a domain, we point its email to us. If you do not have one yet, we can register it for you at cost.
Can I move from Zoho or Google?
Yes, and it is free. We migrate your existing mail and set everything up for you, so nothing is lost in the move.
Can I send newsletters or marketing campaigns from it?
No. This service is strictly for day-to-day business correspondence, which is what keeps its deliverability strong. If you need marketing or bulk sending, we will set you up with a dedicated platform built for that, alongside your business email.
How much storage do I get?
