Which provider will I end up on?
Whichever fits your business. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho are the usual choices. We recommend one based on your tools, your budget and how your team works.
Do I own the accounts?
Yes. The provider account and the domain are yours from day one. We manage them on your behalf, and if we ever part ways you keep everything.
Can you fix an email setup we already have?
Yes. A lot of this work is rescue: mail going to spam, missing DMARC records, mailboxes nobody can access. We audit what you have and repair it.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already have a domain, we configure its email records. If you do not have one yet, we register it for you at cost.
Can you migrate us from another provider?
Yes. We move messages, contacts and calendars from your current provider or old accounts, and nothing is lost in the move.
What does it cost?
Provider licensing is billed by the provider at their standard rates. Our setup and management are quoted for your situation. Tell us your team size and we will send a clear quote.
What about newsletters and marketing email?
Business mailboxes are the wrong tool for bulk sending, and using them for it hurts your deliverability. If you need newsletters or campaigns, we set up a proper sending platform alongside your email.
