Summary

System architect and full-stack engineer, 13+ years building production systems across insurance, healthcare operations and now real-time voice AI. I own problems end to end, from whiteboard to production metrics. The last four years were at Square One Insurance in Vancouver, where the hardest tickets in the pipeline landed on my desk. Today I run Techalyst, build its flagship product 1n1.ai, and take on a small number of dedicated client engagements.

Made a significant engineering contribution to getting the auto insurance product launched, now serving customers across multiple Canadian provinces. Worked across a fully custom, enterprise-grade platform spanning customer-facing products, internal operations and a nationwide contact centre, with 200k+ customers and thousands of policy transactions a day. Re-architected the policy quoting engine into a data-driven system. Worked directly with the CTO on architecture, mentored developers, led code reviews and explained complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
